South Tulsa

South Tulsa is popularly considered to be south of the Skelly Bypass (I-44), or 51st street, with the city of Bixby just to the south, and on the west the Arkansas River and the city of Jenks, and on the east by the city of Broken Arrow. The Farm Shopping Center and KingsPointe Village are among south Tulsa favorites along with Woodland Hills Mall, the largest in the state anchoring the 71st street corridor. Numerous dining options are available in this area. Riverwalk Crossing Shopping Center is just over the river in Jenks at 96th St. with the Oklahoma Aquarium, the only one in the state of Oklahoma.

The Sherwin Miller Museum of Jewish Art is located along 71st street with St. Francis Hospital and its surrounding medical practitioner’s offices just east at located at 61st and Yale and is one of the largest in the state. Southern Hills Country Club at 61st and Lewis, a private club established in 1935 has just hosted its fifth PGA Championship. Parks in the area include LaFortune Park, Hunter Park, and River Parks, which extend south to 101st St.
